Marshall Islands request $3 billion more from U.S. for health effects of nuclear testing on 10/24/2005. This is the second time.

According to the article I read, thousands of people died of cancer due to the dust from neclear testing. In some areas nera bikini, people even need to import water. Many of them continue to suffer from long term health effects, while others remain displaced from their homes because of ongoing contamination.
