I just bought the first three issues of this comic series.

The art is terrific, pencils in realistic style.

I was thinking that the LOTR movie series would inspire some better quality comics and it apparently has.

This redo is worth a look. It is light on content but it does a good job with a good cinematic feel and look.

I used to read the books by Margret Weis and Tracy Hickman. Very good reading. Through becoming interested in the stories I started playing the D&D rpg's. Great story line, great characters, and from the looks of the comics on the links you've provided, great artwork.

I'm definatly going to be checking them out.

I have a dragonlance chronichles book that was the whole series in one book and ive read it four or five times. I always thought it would make a great movie.

It definately would!

I was thinking about buying these comics, but i dont like how lots of the characters are portrayed.. :/
