Hoagland on Weather Engineering

He has an August 17 Doppler landfall on NO.
Where did this come from??

Hoagland's lost alot of credibilty with his Mars and Iapetus junk. So he decided to get his home-made math and move onto this stuff. Sick how he's profiting from this terrible event. Just like he did with the Sumatra Earthquake.

Sorry but I don't buy the stuff that this guy [Hoagland] spews.

Think he is faking the doppler radar?
His VOICE gets on my nerves too..
