Many religious rights wanted to know about Miers views of abortions and . . . there you go got it, she Supports Pro Life

So now the Conservatives and money backing religious groups should be more than happy to go along with her nomination and stop criticizing Bush for his choice. Right?

The The Christian Coalition and Pat Roberson and many other figures in the Christian world should be celebrating in the name of the lord for such a God send angel from Bush.

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Supreme Court nominee Harriet Miers pledged support in 1989 for a constitutional amendment banning abortions except when necessary to save the life of the mother, according to material given to the Senate on Tuesday

And I though that she has not past and not records when it comes to controversial issues, I guess somebody is digging left and right to find her past and the link to keep religious rights happy.

No wonder Bush brain in the white house made a few calls to the second president of the nation to let them know that they have no need to worry.

politics.abovetopsecret.com...

Well, everything Ive ever read or learned about Christianity in one way or another says that the Christian god is indeed white, male, and conservative. He was the creation of the Hebrews after all, so I will say, yes, the Christian god does indeed love Republicans, conservatives, and men more than he does other people.

He, he, it's that funny how God's race and Gender is an issue for some fundamentalist even Jesus was depicted in pictures as Anglo Saxon looking.

I remember the outrage that some people have when the see pictures of him back or Hispanic.

I find very funny that for some reason the Bush [b'] Public opinion minions are doing everything they can to make Miers look like Mother Teresa.

They want to prove how religious she is that very soon she will be despicted in white robes, actually that will not look that good" right?
especially if you add a hood.

Anyway I think the religiousness comparison and the evangelican connection is going to back fire.

Why trying to sell the product to a selected minority groups? because they are the Moral Majority ? how about us the rest of the tax payer citizens of this country.

I am getting sick and tire of the division the party in power has created in this nation The moral majority against the sinful rest of the nation.

I'm confused as to what the White House plan is. But I'm begging to wonder if Bush is really trying to get her voted down. Like the whole secnario that rant had posted when "Hustlin' Harriet" was nominated.

1 She seems unqualified but Bush thought he'd have his base make a fight and then she'd get voted down. Concerns swirl that she may be a liberal judge.

2 The some democrats seemingly embraced her when she was nominated, I thought the initial press conference had a dem presenting her. Not 100 percent positive on that one.

3 Cheney and Dobson then play the "I know a secret but I won't tell
" card.

4 Then they announce that she is evangelical, which really shouldn't play a part but becomes a consideration with people like Pat Robertson and the assault on the science classes, and increasing influence of the fundamental right.

5. Then they release information that she is pro-life politically. The only thing they really remark on is that it was a political stance. Does that mean that she's willing to lie to promote herself? It's politics but do we want a politican as a Justice?

I' m not sure where they are going but I'm begining to wonder if Bush really is trying to get her voted down while trying to save his base.

I guess trying to portrait her so religious and pro everything that the administration stand for is the main goal.

She could not be marketed as a good candidate but Bush made an emphasis to point out in various occasions that She was just like him and had the same views as him.

But then again I guess the Religious leaders like the Christian coalition, Pat and Dobson are either dumb or they didn't got the meaning of Bush just like him or either they knew Bush better than any of us.

Now to put it in plain English, She is now pro life, evangelican women.

It's that what the nation wants really as a justice?

Again what is been targeted here with this product is only a selected minority of the nation that happen to be the most big mouthed one.

With Pat at the center stage.
