If you have low blood pressure, sit down in one spot for a while and suddenly get up and move around you'll get dizzy and sometimes, if severe enough, you'll see white streaks in your peripheral vision. Its funny cause you can't actually look directly at them ... they move up up up and away.
anyway, I think its caused by lack of blood pressure. I guess your retinas need a lot blodd?
