Northern European or some form of Celtic. It sounds enough like gargling to be Welsh? I see very few prepositions. It could be a conjugationally-based language like Latin, and "horte vernes" sounds Latin, but none of the rest is remotely Latin, especially with all the k's. This may be a combination of two or more languages, or just plain made up, like a Tolkien language.

Sindarin is one of the most complex and most complete man made languages! Invented by Mr. J R R Tolkien (Lord of the Rings).
This is the language spoken by the Elves and also sometimes by Aragorn in Lord of the Rings

I have an easier time speaking the code aloud as I don't see in syntax I see in pictures. The spelling is the phonetic transcription that I am forced to produce as I cannot broadcast its tones and
dialectic inflexions over the computer. It sounds very lovely when sung to music as well. I just posted so its phonetic spelling was noted as not a direct translation by those interested or in the know.

I can guarantee with 98% certainty that it IS Elvish, but I'm not sure about it being Sindarin. I've looked at every Elvish-English dictionary and translator I've got - nothing's coming up (yep, I speak a bit of Sindarin). If I had to take a guess, I'd say it is Westron - the Common Speech, which is another form of Elvish. *Shrugs*

well why do u need to translate this anyhow is there a reason u want it translated if ppl are going to help sometimes they wonder why u want it translated

I requested help to experiment with interesting posts of the nature of their relevance to this forum. Besides I am curious to know their entire meaning as I do not.

Do not hold me to it but, the vocalization sounds like it comes from the Caspian region of Russia. It has been too many years.

I personally can not decipher it, but if anyone can, please tell me/ refer me to some source so that I can learn to encrypt/ de-code.

I can often decrypt portions by sounding out and thinking
out the correct visual interpretation of spelling. With closer
analysis' I have occasioned the odd word 'from' the whole
mess. For example: Dahrke is dark. Ses is, is. Ourtre must
be outer or over. cahn widht? Can wait? or call wait, maybe
can width? Dunno, but it can almost become whatever you
see in it.
