Dragonshard...Issues...

Has anyone else out there had any issues with installing/running Dragonshard? My problem is when I try to run the game, it acts like it's gonna do something it shows the logo screen then just crashes to the desktop without even giving me an error messege. If anyone has had this problem and figured a way around it it would be helpful if you could tell me how, since atari is apperently not going to assist me... :bnghd:
