What is up with uploading sometimes?

I have a problem with my upload part of my U2U. WHen I try to upload a picture, it says that there is an error and its giving me a PHP error script.

I'll refresh and try again, but to no avail, it still gives me this message, even after I clear out my browser cache,history, and cookies...
Real frustrating stuff. Anyone else get this issue, or is it the superpowers of mods causing this?

In the last hour I've uploaded two pics for different threads:

My pictures came through without any problems.
Cut and paste your error message, it might help with figuring out your dilemma.

Have you always had this problem or has it just started?
