Any mediums here?

Are you convinced of an afterlife or do you ever doubt this. I ask because there are some researchers who have put forward the theory that what a medium does is actually a highly complex form of telepathy whereby they psychically tap into the mind of the reader and subconsciously dramatise the feelings and impressions they recieve to create what would seem to be an existing entity rather than a mere memory of that person. there are also some within the field of the paranormal who believe all this is the work of 'trickster' entities who masquerade as the deceased in order to decieve humanity (for what ends I can't say). This trickster theory also applies to many other fields of the paranormal including UFOlogy, mystic/religious experiences.

Please understand I'm not asking these questions to be confrontational or contraversial (spiritualism is a philosophy I believe to be a very valid and intelligent take on the meaning of life etc). I am just curious as to what opinions a medium would have on these things.

As for me, I am a medium who leaves the body, sometime for over and hour, and the et's use my voice to speak.
There are many thousand bogus co-called new age ""Channelers:::???
who take people;s $$ and fake them out..Think of all the grieving humans who "think" it is their loved one speaking?
All I do or have ever done is free, and I use hypnosis into trance for people who wish to speak to me through their subconscious..The sub-con CANNOT lie.
I give them tapes of what they had to say as many times they can see-feel the loved one.They are always comforted.

As far as science goes, I NEVER extrapolate or embellish..theorize as they do.
ALL my posts are from personal experience..
This type of life I do not remember asking for all the empathy, soul-trying existence, but I am sure I wanted to do accelerated karma.
The Universe is run like a well oiled precious pocketwatch with unconditional love!!
It has your records and mine, down to the smallest period..
IT is all GOOD, unless you are charging and/or doing harm..

Your question is a very good question. The answer is spirit have their own minds and they decide when to come to you.

I myself do not SUMMONE a particular person because it is not ethical to do so under the cosmic law and the powers that be.

Spirit know exactly when you are ready to recieve communication. They make the decision to come along and communicate with you.

You may get people you are not expecting, and the ones you so despratly hope to hear from can be a no show. It is because they are busy in thier own lives and it is not a convienient time for them. It maybe because they feel you are too vunerable and you are not ready yet to recieve communication.

By all means make your sacred space and send out loving thoughts to your loved one. Make the atmoshphere warm with candels, play meditative music to help you realx. have a glass of water to hand as water gives energy helping to meet spirit in the middle.

DO ASK FOR PROTECTION FROM THE LOVE LIGHT AND TRUTH ONLY ALLOWING POSITIVE ENERGY TO ENTER YOUR HOME. and you can't go wrong.

You describe the theory of a medium tapping into another person and make impressions of the decesed person. What you are talking about is on a psychic leval and yes this is true, you can READ A PERSON by feeling thier aura and tapping into that persons moods and pick up all sorts of things.

The difference with proof of the after life is EXACTLY THAT "PROOF" of survival spiritualits call it.

Reading a person on a psychic leval has its limitations but when spirit say, have a look at the old suitcase tucked under the bed, there is a little slit in it where i cut it with a knife, in there you will find a photograph of your real blood farther. That is where the underlying differance is!

The person you are reading did not know it was there so how can you pick up on that on a psychic level: You can not to that degree.

I am a studant of Parasychology and CG Jung dreamt his departed friend had taken him to his home and showed him 5 old red books on the shelf.
One of the books ironicaly was titled "THE LEGACY OF THE DEAD". The next day out of curiosity on waking from the dream he went to his friends house and there exctly where his friend a shown him in his dream, was the location of 5 red books!

Scientits are working very hard to get to the bottom of TRUE MEDIUMSHIP but take it from me, they will never do it. One day they will have to face the harsh reality that there is an afterlife. Some scientists have already come to terms with such fact and have accepted it. They can dig and dig and dig for as long as it takes but there is way too much out there to prove it is a reality.

Yes some mediums are fruadulant and charge the earth rendering the rest of us with a bad name. Thousands of people have recieved personal proof which they hold to thier heart. If it isn't right, you know because your instincts will tell you so, you just have to listen, that way you can sort out the genuine with the fake!

As for the TRICKSTER yes there are all sorts of paranioia or religions trying to condition it's followers using fear. Something humans have been very good at since the bible came along. I have heard it all, "its really the devil tempting you by trickery" "Its Aliens and they have evil intentions don't listen to them" SCARE MONGERING another words.

They simpliy fear what they don't understand because they relise there is more to life than just humans and our little globe. There is the realms of paranormal to contend with also, those of us lucky or unlucky to come face to face with it anyway! It is too much for some people quite understandably so!

Hope this is a help, i don't blame you you wanting to hear it from a mediums point of veiw! You don't have to belive me of course you have the right to make up your own mind. Too much has happened to me personally to deny the spirit world.

I have a thought for you! Have you thought about a medium having a visitation and messages without a third person to read for? When you are told things you can not possibly know, how else do you explain it.

There are some people with mental illness granted but what of those people in high proffessions, intelligent people with no track record of mental illness. A medium doensn't need a third person always.

Going back to the subject of Aliens, yes some entities are alien and manifest the same way our loved ones have. The being I have encountered have come in love, light and truth, nothing negative gets through my door, my spirit guides and loved ones who i trust very much would not allow it!

I was very surprised when my freind Trevor introduced me to a being called Kootie who was not hiuman. He is a kind soul. Humans are not the only souls in the universe and it would be ignorant to think it so in my humble opinion.

Let me stress again that I was not posting to challenge or deny your experiences merely to see what your opinions are on these things. At the end of the day your having experienced these things is a far more powerful pointer to whatever the truth might be than any number of theories I have read or considered.

For what it's worth this has happened to me. Information was given to me that I knew nothing about that was later verified by a third person. Very specific information of a very profound nature which gave me a great deal of comfort. Why I continue to have a small grain of doubt even though I would describe my beliefs as spititualist I don't know, I do entertain other explanations about what could be going on but even then I suspect they may only partly address this area and at the heart of this question your ideas may be the correct ones. I certainly envy you the certainty of an afterlife and loved ones in spirit and hope that this is the case.
