Tony Blair's Strange Practice

It has come to my attention that Tony Blair keeps a grey velvet pouch in his breast pocket, which contains a small piece of red ribbon and a piece of rolled up paper.

Anybody see any significance in this?

Is he a memeber of a cult?

Is he an NWO operative?

Or is he just a mentalist?
