question for the bible prophecy gurus

I vaguely remember back during the first gulf war there were several people spouting on about another war predicted a decade later in/around babylon by the bible. something about flaming arrows equating to missiles, etc. anybody remember anything like this?

so no one has any info to help me out on this one?

The only one I am familiar with is the one concerning Damascus:

An oracle concerning Damascus.
Behold, Damascus will cease to be a city,
and will become a heap of ruins.
Her cities will be deserted for ever;
they will be for flocks,
which will lie down, and none will make them afraid.
The fortress will disappear from Ephesiansraim,
and the kingdom from Damascus;
and the remnant of Syria will be
like the glory of the children of Israel," (Isaiah 17:1-3a RSV)
