Avatar guidelines question

I was just wondering if my current avatar is.. ok?

I'm okay with it. Any objections and I'll put it the rest of the team for a joint decision.

1) No photos of persons wearing less than shirt-and-shorts.
2) No artwork (non-photo) of persons wearing less than bathing attire.
3) No persons, or lnks to persons in a sexually suggestive pose.
5) No persons engaged in what would be considered an obscene gesture.
6) No persons pointing weapons at the viewer of the image.
7) No images or links to images containing blood or gore.
8) No images or links to content containing people involved in an illegal act.
9) No images or links to images containing illegal objects.
10) No images that are taunting in nature toward any person or group of persons.
11) Other content, which at the discretion of forum staff, is designed to be vulgar, obscene, or offensive to the majority of ATS and BTS visitors and members.

Technically violates this one, but shades of gray too, so no problem really. This is nothing you wouldn't see in a Sears catalog ad, hehe....

I am not a mod...nor do I have any power to change anything around here...so this is simply my opinion...but me likes it ALOT!

Swimsuits for artwork, not photos, but I'm no prude, hehe... You won't catch me icing an avatar of Jessica Alba or Eva Longoria in a bikini.... no siree!

That's why they're called "guidelines" though, instead of rules... We understand that every avatar has to be judged on whether it's violating the "spirit" of the guidelines, and in this case, I agree that it really doesn't, and that it's fine.

Just to head this off though, if a gal has a shirt on, but it's open with her ta-tas for all the world to see (i.e. no bra), that ISN'T gonna keep our rating, hehe...
