Some Flood Insurance Info

Hi All,
I am not sure if this belongs here in the Fragile earth section, but I wasnt sure where else to place it. i just watched a short clip on CNN about a woman who's house was flooded in MD from a storm. She had FEMA flood insurance, but the amount of money they gave her wasnt nearly enough for her to do any sort of repairs to her house. They then interviewed a man who was a flood victom who shared a similar exerience as the MD woman. He started a website to help people in similar situations.
