I found this article in one the daily newspapers here in Germany. Around the city of Ulm, in a cave complex, a find, that could restructure our
present understanding of ancient man, was excavated. One Item found was a small carving of a man with a lions head. The carving was well made. How
and with what it was carved remains a mystery at the moment, additionally, it cannot, at the moment, be determined wether it was mondern man or
neanderthal man who carved it. It was an excellent example of proof that ancient man could do abstract thinking. More information will follow when
the present dig progresses.
