Sorry if this is repost, I'm a newbie. I was sent this link today, it is heartbreaking to watch the Jefferson parish president describing what is going on and at the end talking about their building manager's mother calling from a nursing home for three days, asking her son if he was coming. He said help is coming to her, as he believed, on Weds and Thursday. On Friday she drowned in her nursing home...
