And I can already hear it,"Well,you must not have lost anyone close to you at the WTC!",well no,I didn't.

The fact that we are all mortals means we will have to witness the death of those close to us,how or where it happens really makes no difference.

Unless someone wants to take an event and use it to start a war to enrich themselves and their buddies,Like George Dubya Bush.

It really makes no sense to dwell on the inevitable FACT that you are going to die some day,let alone allow a tragedy to spread like this one has and cost 30,000 more lives at least in the middle east.

The WTC has been used as an excuse.

It is unavoidable if it is to happen.

The only way youll ever 100% avoid terrorist attacks is if you blocade the shores, stop all immigration of middle easterners, lock down the borders, hell, stop ALL immigration, and kick all muslims and foreigners out of the country. Otherwise, its likely to happen. Is that what u want? An American prison?

Why worry tho? this looks more and more like homeland paranoia at work again. When the media hypes up possible terror attacks, it usually can be taken lightly. They want to test the panic threshold. Get everyone frightened and stuff. Sep 11 is not the date im looking at for a terror attack, either two weeks before or after, more than likely, if it is to occur.

If it happens, I am not worried, because the balls have been set into motion, and its really beyond our control. The terror attack is the last thing Id be worried about. Its the oil currency issue thats more important. because that is the before and after, who knwos what will happen next?

Two BAD things, especially when mixed! If there was EVER a time in American history that we need an ARMED population this is it.

Giving up ANY Civil liberty in the HOPE that our bungling government MIGHT snare one or two terrorists is ABSOLUTE B.S.

I assure you, if the coppers want to search ANYTHING of mine without a warrant we are going to fight. These are the civil liberties we are losing and most people are totally unaware of them.

If you travel to Cuba, the government can legally arrest you now with no warrant other than proof you were in Cuba. No Judge's signature required.

If you are suspected of being a terrorist your home, car and body may be searched with NO WARRANT, again without the disinterested, wise approval of a Judge who's career is on the line if he is abetting illegal activity on the part of the cops. That "check and balance system has been set up FOR A REASON and it is being slowly eaten away.

They need ot figure out how to get the bad guys with COMPETENT INTEL work, NOT with open season on willy nilly searches of anybody the cop of the day is pissed off at.

I happen to beleive that 99.9% of our police force are good, hard working, caring human beings. It's that .1% that worries me and obviously worried the Founding Fathers as well.

GUNS, and MORE GUNS, Less LAWS and MORE GUNS. More people who know how to use them and will if needed.

if you look at some of my posts on other threads you will see that I agree with what you are saying.

I have been trying to tell people that the "terrorists" are not who they think they are,the "terrorism" has been manufactured for the most part and is being used to scare the weak minded sheoples into giving up their rights.

There is something very wrong with this country and the people in it,the government is just writing out laws to make it legal for themselves to do whatever they want regardless of who is being abused.

Terrorism worked well to get control of europe,now it is being used here to reduce the US to the same level,it would never have showed up here otherwise,especially if there weren't certain portions of the country's leadership that basically rolled out the red carpet for it.

European governments have always felt that the type of freedom that the US citizens enjoyed early on in this country's history was dangerous,they have been working to remove the threat for a long time.

The end may be near I fear,I downloaded the Victory act and read it,this # is getting rediculous.

Now there have been laws passed that would possibly brand me as a terrorist for just writing this.

Too many foolish people are taking the bait,I fear that it may be too late.

As long as people keep thinking of the terrorists as those nutty arabs with funny hats running around with bombs, they are doomed.

The real terrorists wear suits and ties and speak unaccented english as they adress the nation, promising to wipe out and punish those who commited those evil acts.

The real terrorists are the ones makeing the laws to remove you from personal power and reduce you to a helpless drone dependant on the govornment.

There was this another news yesterday.. about swedish citizen smuggling 100kg:s of radioactive material from Russia.. tryed to bring it to Finland and after that god knows where.. luckily Russians busted his ass.

This man? is most likely non-ethnic swede.. as swedes do harbor about 2 million foreigners on their soil.. 1 million of these are Finns and rest 1 million Moslems from Iraq/Iran/Kurds.. etc.. so i would figure that this "dude" was a "Swedish" Moslem most likely a Al-Qaeda member as we do know that there is many [former] Al-Qaedas in Sweden.
