ATS Terror Attack Predictions

I thought it would be interesting to start a thread on ATS predictions on where the next terror attack will take place.

My first choice is Chicago

Second is San Francisco

Anyone care to make a prediction?

Sorry I dont do predictions or mystical stuff like that as I am not a wizard or scorcerer. You may see if MA responds I think he can read peoples minds.

You want predictions, you make it sound like a sporting event. I wont try to guess something like where the next tragic loss of life will be.

We know sooner or later there will be an attack. Guessing or predicting where the next one will be is just that, a guess. There is nothing wrong in guessing. I am just curious as to what people think at this point in time.

I'm like you, I don't want to see another attack.

what could these attacks be
ground to air missile attacks on passanger jets.
car/truck bombs
suicide attacks using bombs
suicide attacks using airplanes.

This is a pretty #ty thing to do. How about we think about where they're not going to happen instead?

All I know is that it will come.......worse then before.

THe thought is depressing. BUt it is definetly not in my power to make predictions. I think that It is wrong in the firstplace.

But I don't have any telepathy with known terrorists or suspected terrorists.

I don't think there will ever be anything on the scale of 9/11 again, unless it is allowed to happen.

I believe there will be no US mainland attacks by jet plane or biological weapons at all during this calendar year.

The fear and paranoia meter will be allowed to continue running on high to cover the incompetence and gross corruption of the incumbent administration.

You should read some topics about Diebold voting machines, and Cheney's being caught out lying to Congress, before they disappear. The fear and paranoia works are to keep your eyes off things like that.

~I agree with maskedavatar. We have made too many precautions after 9/11. Enough to wake our nation up and realize that we are not the burning fist many think we are cut out to be and everyone and everything has a weakness. But not anymore tragedies as 9/11. We are too well prepared this time for anything to happen as large as those attacks. And another thing, what in the hell would they want from chicago and san fran?

Chicago would be a huge target. All that matters is the shock and awe, the terror, the power and control, this is what this is about.

...but the media, and also the police, have still predicted a "very possible" (more than 50% of probabilities) on LONDON (Actually, london, and UK big places are on red alert on suicide bombings...)

It's odd how confident officials are in London that a terrorist attack will happen. I thought London was supposed to be heavily guarded from this sort of stuff. Isn't their intelligence any better than ours? No, they're expecting it, they have the body bags and flowers waiting...and champagne.

At 1st I thought this thread was going to be about the next attack on ATS.

With the instability of NK, I think the next major terrorist attack will be in Asia with the fallout extending to the rest of Europe.

I think Nans has a good point in her prediction of Paris. There is a large population of fairly radical Islamists in the country and if you want to get the French to step in line with the US/UK on Iraq/War on Terror or what have you, what better way than to have the Eifel tower fall.

I hope nothing happens but it will.

What's with all this Chicago predictions? We got a lotta Arabs in the neighborhood, but they are all busy stomping roaches at their little storefront food and video stores. Al-cucaracha, al-cucaracha, aheb ashoof al-ahram.

London and Paris are very likely targets, I was looking for targets in the US.

I know it was a bad idea and maybe the word prediction shouldn't of been used.

Just wondering what members would guess as to the next US city to be targeted by terrorists.
