OP/ED: Lessons From Katrina

The lesson I learned from Katrina is that the more you rely on government to take care of you, the more you will suffer in times of disaster.

Take care of yourself and your family at all times, don't rely on the government to do it. Don't set yourself up to be a victim of government. Take care of yourself and loved ones, you owe that to them. The government owes you nothing.
