The Crystal Skulls

While some of the skulls that exist may be fakes or simply a more modern creation, I hardly think we have disproven that some of the skulls found are fakes.

We see time and time again clues that lead us to the idea that we weren't quite as dumb as some folks think, or there was some civilization around that was quite advanced. And someone is allways there shaking their finger saying "it didn't happen." If evolution crumbles then so be it. If evolution happened in some way, then ok. But if evolution is a lie, then we don't need it. The truth is what matters.

Does a crystal grow once it is taken from the ground?
I was given this as a gift many years ago, and I remember it weighed exactly 22 pound, but I have recently reweighed it and now it says 23.
Would this be the spikes growing or the rock they are imbeddded in?

OK SIR, I'll post on line. In a private UTU I just suggested due to my poor knowlegde that chrystals, minerals are unable to expand beyond there natural earthly enviroment, BUT I believe to have read that in outer space they can grow. I was NOT refering to ET's, I am sorry if I offended you. My knowlegde of that subject is inferior.

I only glossed over them,but I didn't scan anything in those links proclaiming the crystal skulls to be a fake. Only that some of them were. I did a quick search to see if the Mitchell-Hedges skull(the "Great Pyramid" of the skulls so far as I understand) in particular had been claimed as fake. And apparently they found just the opposite.

"The program was about the Mitchell-Hedges skull, and F.R. Nick Nocerino, a world-renowned expert in crystal skull research, was a guest on the show. After viewing the program, Jo Ann, contacted Nocerino, upon which he traveled to Houston from his home near San Francisco to examine the skull. He determined that the skull was authentic and that it was ancient."

It was determined that the British skull and the Smithsonian skull were not ancient, but in fact carved using very contemporary methods from the 1800s. Sha-Na-Ra and Max were also examined. This thread reminded me of a book I read a while back called "Atlantis Found" by Clive Cussler. You know, the guy who writes the Dirk Pitt novels. This was one of those novels, in fact, where Dirk stumbles on one of the crystal skulls while spelunking and cave diving, and a big mystery ensues. Entertaining story.

Is that all the skulls are? An entertaining story? A myth?

In my life, I have found that all historical myths (and maybe even some urban legends) contain at least a grain of truth and are part of the shadowy netherworld of man's endeavors. What is too fantastic and unbelievable to become history becomes myth. That doesn't mean it didn't happen or doesn't exist, just that it is mind-boggling and difficult to accept and put in a rational framework. As we all eventually realize, some sooner than others, not everything always fits in a rational framework. Some things just don't make sense, yet they exist. Go figure.

Crystals are definitely able to channel and focus energy, and are used for this very purpose in many modern applications from analog to LCD. If the skulls are real, and were created by the ancients, I would expect they are designed to do just that, channel and focus energy. I would also expect them to be no plaything, and not for the faint of heart. Ignorance is bliss when you don't know any better.

Being exposed to all the knowledge in the universe at once would probably be pretty overwhelming for the average person, and would take some getting used to. Let's face it, there are some things most of us just don't want to know.

If the skulls do exist, I wouldn't have anything to do with them. To me they would be idols. The knowledge I need is revealed to me by God, the Father Almighty, when necessary, at the time and place of His choosing.
