Katrina an act of terrorism?

Has anybody else heard the absurd claim that hurricane Katrina was actually act of terrorism by the Russians using machines to manipulate the weather! I read this on an other discussion board from someone claiming to hear it on "Coast to Coast" news talk

Question is? Does Russia have shares in Halliburton or the Oil companies linked to the Saudis and this administration that will make massive profits from soaring prices?

Who says USA doesnt have a machine? Who knows, maybe theres an alliance with Russia.

All of u are wrong, Al-Kida (excuse the spelling) has taken full credit for Katrina and it was always part of there master plan for the demise of the US
