I've heard many times about a NASA guy saying something about the gov't releasing information on aliens this year. Does anyone have any information on this guy? What other information do you have on this claim?

Unless our politicians are silenced regarding the outrage of long-term secrecy, I don't see any civilian or government source admitting extraterrestrial encounters.
