That's called a "Mini-Profile Background Image", the option is available for purchase in the ATS store for 2500 ATS points.

Points are earned by contributing to the forums through posts and threads you create. The store can be found by clicking the button.

In the "mCenter" you'll find a "Custom Background Image" (in the ATS Store section) that will set you back 2500 points... You're a few points shy, so it may be a while. Click on this, and that will take you to Zedd's Handbook... A veritable treasure trove of posting and member information.

Thank you too Mirthful Me But in my mCENTER when I go to ATS shop there is nothing showing up, maybe because I don't have enough points?

Maybe try clicking on the "ATS Store" button, I seem to remember having all store goodies on display... I would press my monkey nose against the window and dream of RATS access... That was when I was pointless... Only my posts are now.
