Actually, the truth is that ID recognizes evolution, it basically states that it needed a hand to guide it early on.

The main problem most people have with ID is illustrated very well on your site.

Evolution is not being challenged more than ever before. That is a standard creationist lie and is absolutely false as there are few reputable supporters of ID and their arguments work with evolution, not against it.

ID needs to repudiate the politics if it ever wants real recongnition.

ID is really a hypothesis that states that some things are too complex to be random chance.

So far there is no compelling evidence for this to be true, nor has any design mechanism been suggested.

It should not be taught in biology class, and it should not be used as a tool for the religous fanatics in our country.
