i'm not sure who said this, but somewhere someone mentioned SETI just being about analysing signals, this isn't necessarily the case, if you look on the SETI website, it says about life in Japan's volcanic craters, or something of the like. I'm sure their radiotelescopes wouldn't pick that up. not meaning to insult anyones intelligence there, just thought would be good to know. on the crop circle however, its a pretty dam clever thing, but looking at the amount of algorhythms involved there must've been someone there to write it all. clever though!
