Peace Acts Each Second

Each nation should be required by International Law to perform at least one peace act toward every other nation each second. How? Food, shelter, clothing, medical care, charity, missions, faith-building, hope-building, labor, supplying necessities... Nobody in his or her right mind likes to see people die. May God Bless America and the World and may America be instrumental in creating peace throughout the World. Please comment.

I'm not sure how this fits in with a NWO.

And..."International Law" seems to be ambiguous. Certain nations only follow the international laws that fit their own political/socioeconomic agenda...how do we put it all together in one basket that everyone will want to follow?
