synthetic cloning proteins

I have a very interesting article by a Dr. Phillip Vandergost.

In a recent interview with a pharmacological magazine, Dr Vandergost let it slip that a new technology was on the horizion, providing "alien" proteins to assimilate into human genetic coding. I wonder where the good doctor was provided with this information. Dr Vandergost has National Security Administration clearance and has received some most generous grants in recent years from such foundations as the Parks foundation and The Janis society. Anyone else know of this information?
