i need a "start, run" command please...

i need a command to put into "run" ("start" button, then "run")...

this command will open up a window which will allow me to choose which programs i want to start up when windows starts up...

i had this command before but i forgot what it was...

i tried "startup" but it didn't work...

Please be clear u can do damage if u are not careful. Expand out and service you want to not start to see what it is. Don't wqant to stop anti-virus and such.

Before you do any changes-write down exactly what is there so if u screw up-it happens- you have a starting reference point.
