The Principality of Sealand ... a nation unto itself

The Principality of Sealand : www.sealandgov.com... is certainly one of the most overlooked "nations" in the world. Prince Bates, founder of Sealand and a new royal lineage, certainly has to be one of the most interesting, though overlooked, characters in history. I just want to know how I could start my own country, wouldn't you?
