Defense El document in question notices that towards the year 2020 many European cities could be buried under agua.En the worse scene, catastrofe that is approached could take to the planet to a situation of chaos and anarquia, mainly if we considered that paises equipped with little nuclear weapon pocrian to use it to defend or to obtain eservas of a world in crisis.
