$2,100 GDP per capita, 45% of population living under poverty line, labour exports to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, Oman, Qatar, and Malaysia. Economy is mainly agriculture, 2/3rds of the working population working in that sector, with rice as the main product.

Also has plenty of monsoon storms, cyclones, floods... that sort of natural disasters.
