Rome Total War

Is this the greatest game ever?

A chance to command battles that look like something out of Lord of the Rings coupled with an empire building system that offers thousands of different options.

Everyone should play it, buy it, then swear as their computer takes one look at it and dies.

I like it, but I give it a 3 out of 5 because u can only play campaign as Romans. The whole reason I bought it was 2 lead diff civilizations, not just the Romans. How sad. Besides, the campaign makes u start out at only 1 spot in history. Not like Medival Total War. Making up the battles r still fun, so it's 3 out of 5.

You can play it as others as well as the Romans, you just have to conquer them first!

It is an awsome game and I was very pleasently surprised at how well it ran on my poor ol' PC.

You can find a way to access every civilisation off the web, so thats not a problem.

My Selucid Empire has just taken Rome. I havent seen the sun for a week!

Hmmmm, I almost got this today but disliked Total War (didn't run well on my old PC) and LOVED Stronghold Crusader (my fav all time strategic computer game) so I got Stronghold 2 instead.

Rome that good huh?

This game is killer! one of my fav RTS games evah!

and I thought MTW was the ownage!

AND you need to dl like the realism mod
it makes it much better fixes some bug where you generals in reinforcements will suicide rush stupid AI!

Why in the world did I hate Total War so bad then? Man, I wish I could remember. I gave it away almost immediately.

Don't want to repeat a mistake.

The upgrades to Stronghold 2 are enough to keep me busy a year though.

Section 3.4 Gong Piles, Forced Gong Farmers, Rats, Falconers, the Apothecary & Disease

As piling human waste is bound to become a problem around the torturer's guild...

Section 3.5 Honour

It was well worth the download from Emule haahhahah I give it a 4 out of a 5.

Man if u have time to come and post this message on ATS then u have time in downloading all the sweeet stuff from web. Its really not that hard which the downloads make the game 10 times better.
