Second User Title Deleting First

When I purchased my Second user title, which was "Keeper of Pigeons" my first line title I had "Crusher of Ignorance", got deleted for some strange reason.

Would be possible to get my firstline title put back on, or will I have to splash out another 500 points to get it back?

i dunno, i had to buy a first one again before the 2nd option would show up so i wasted a few points, but im not that bothered my mini profile looks pretty cool now...

i would like to know the kb limit on avatars so i can make a better one...

I've had the same problem with custom lines.

Avatars:

GIF and JPEG file formats only with a maximum dimension of 160 pixels wide, by 320 pixels tall. File sizes should not exceed 75k, and animated GIF's are allowed.

Went back and re done my first user title...
Its ok now!!

Well, in the end I decided just to buy a new one, oh well, we win sme and we lose some.

damn 75k doesnt give me alot to play with unless i reduce to about 32 colours, i want to make some animated avatars, one i have now is temporary

so is that final or can eceptions be made? like if it was around 10k larger would it be let off or is that not possible.. if it has to be 75k cool.. obviously im not going to make a 250k gif.. it will certainly be under 100kb...

i just wondered will a blind eye be turned or what..

You would have to ask William, Simon or Bob about that one, as I am not sure.

Custom Title, first line- which was "The Eye of Heaven" disappeared after I put in the custom title, second line.

I had to re-purchase a first line.

I just had no trouble changing my titles three times on both lines.

Same thing just happened to me...


When I bought line 2... Line 1 vanished.

Mine is PERFECT! I just changed the second line too...
