the best chance is to go to a libary and ask if any one died in your house
i know it can be utterly annoying
did u know teenagers and children take to ghosts more than adults are mind is open ??
i have cold spots and bangs people messin in my kichen ....

best advice be sound asleep before the spirit world wakes up at 3.00
