Been seeing this 35 year old woman for 4 months. Last month, she disappeared during dinner, to hang out with another guy. This was right after the first time we went all the way.

Then, last week, I saw them together in her car. I told her she's so busted. She told me she wouldnt see him anymore, last time. This was the same day, she told me she loved me for the first time.

I think she was afraid of how serious things were getting, both times.

So, I dumped her. Told her I wouldn't put up with her seeing someone else. Then, to get even with me, she filed a restraining order on me, even though I didn't threaten her. I DID say I wanted really bad, to kick his ass (who wouldn't?). Facing $2500 in lawyer fees, and still may end up with a lifetime sentence of not being able to own any firearms.

I found this interesting men's rights website that tells about disturbed women, how to avoid them:

My God that site is SO MEAN, it's funny!

"I'm perfect, there's nothing wrong with me and histrionic personality disorder."

1. Uncomfortable in situations in which she is not the center of attention;

2. Interaction with others is often characterized by inappropriate sexually seductive or provocative behavior;

3. Displays rapidly shifting and shallow expression of emotions;

4. Consistently uses physical appearance to draw attention to herself;

5. Has a style of speech that is excessively impressionistic and lacking in detail;

6. Shows self-dramatization, theatricality, and exaggerated expression of emotion, i.e., a "drama queen" in the vernacular;

7. Suggestible, i.e., easily influenced by others or circumstances;

8. Considers relationships to be more intimate than they actually are.

An essential feature of the histrionic personality disorder is a pervasive and excessive pattern of emotionality and attention-seeking behavior. These individuals are lively, dramatic, enthusiastic, and flirtatious. They are often inappropriately sexually provocative, express strong emotions with an impressionistic style, and be easily influenced by others (DSM-IV·, 1994, p. 655).

A woman with this disorder lacks ability to accept feedback and has no humility. She must at all costs save her good name (do no wrong) and as such she will put you down, lie, cheat, or do whatever it takes to make you look bad so she'll look better. In the beginning things are perfect, but wait for the fireworks to start in just a few short hot and steamy months. She'll keep all her old boyfriends and dance partners within close reach so that she can go have a good time while telling them how awful and unhealthy you are.

The behavior of Jewish American Princesses, as well as women of other ethnic groups, or your local debutantes, are more than just funny jokes. They are often lovely, and even have lots of money, but talk to the ex-husband before you get too involved. She will almost certainly have at least one.

I know it's being serious, but it's just so wrong, and yet...

AWman that sucks. Crazy women with their sexist superiority claims. I would give advise but this is a pickle, a rotton pickle in the jaws of an alligator. Well I say get an experienced lawyer because people will believe a woman before a cuckold.

How about simply forget about her and move on with life?
A restraining order is simply that, a warning to stay way.
IMHO, let it be and simply move on. There are more than enough women out there to be had. Going to jail for one is crazy.

First things first...

Why on earth would you want to kick his ass when it was her own free will to hang out with the guy and above all else, leave you at dinner to go hang out with him...

Of course you can't kick her ass, but you should of been the one to walk away, not put up with lying ass and excuses...

She wiggled the bait in front of your nose (i love you) and you took it.

Another example of a stupid man... Sorry no offense..
