Abandoned bag exploded by robot

A CARELESS traveller is minus a suitcase full of clothes tonight after police bomb experts exploded the abandoned bag, fearing it could be a terrorist attack on the national capital in Australia

Police said later they were not investigating the incident any further.

So we blow anything up that is left behind ??

People are being a bit paranoid I guess.

Same kinda thing happend here in belgium 2 days after the london attacks.

Some poor sod lost his bag of porkchops from the back of his bike in a bike tunnel near the city of Hasselt. Someone saw the bag in the tunnel (I know that tunnel well, theres always garbage all over the place in there, not to mention you have a good chance running a flat with the seringes and needles that get trown away there), so the bombsquad got notified and remote detonated a bag with 2 kilo's of prime porkchops.

We had a suitcase handcuffed to a fire hydrant here in NYC. VERY suspicious. But they didn't blow it up, just opened it through special means. Nothing to be worried about, personal effects.

Better safe than sorry is exactly the right attitude.
