I really can't stand emo, all it is, is bunch of men whining about their problems, singing in the rain. "booohooo, my life sucks" .. but they're rich rock stars, that can bearly play a instrument. They should be ashamed of themselfs.

Find some real music.

at least we try to speak what is on our side..what we feel..we really hate our lives but we try to look to it ang try to change it for the better..we learn..

I can't stand my life. In fact, I was on anti-depressants for 3 years and was extremely close to suicude. Now, i'm older and I somehow got over the extreme depression, which I truely thought would be the death of me. Now, it's mild, mainly with thoughts of a hopeless future.. But I can deal with that, for now. I didn't need emo music to get me that far, in fact, emo lyrics were generally depressing anyway. Probably would have made me feel worse.

Learn from it? Come on, people use it as a friggin' lifestyle. My cousin is hardcore into the emo crap and her msn display picture is an arm with the wrist showing a bunch of scars over it. Disgusting! I seriously want to tell her to just 'suck it up' everytime I see her come online! Of course if she was truely depressed, I would do anything to help her. But in this case it's her crying over her boyfriend that went away for 'rock camp' for the summer. Give me a break.

I'm also sorry for saying to find better music, emo music is of interest of you and I should respect that. In the end i'll just say: IMO.
