Crop Circle?

Ok maybe it isn't a crop circle???????

but one morning I woke up and found the grass all disturbed in a section of my backyard, the most open bit as I have some huge mango trees.

Anyway I didn't think much of it at the time until a week later when i realised the grass was growing weird in that spot. Now two or three months later, its stillthere, a perfect circle about nine foot in diameter. Nothing was there in that spot and as I said it was just there one morning.

I still just put it down to wierdness until i was talking to my eldest daughter really early one morning after she woke up petrified and the babies woke at same time screaming. My baby never screams like she did unless she is hurt.

Krissy said that she had been laying in bed and felt something dragging her by the foot towards the window. She showed me these weird looking marks on her ankle and thats when i started really wondering about the strange circle.

My Daughters Words 04 Jul 2005

At about 3 to 4 this morning My little kitty Mayday woke me up, She was nudging my face, I woke up and started stroking her back to sleep, but freaked out because my jumper was moving near the window, Then remembered I left the window wide open, There was a freakish wind so I Put it down to that. I was lying there watching my jumper move when I heard this banging on the window, It freaked the **** out of me, I couldn't move Because I realised that anyone could cut the fly screen and come in. Then this really loud machine noise began, I figures because it was early they had started work on the site near here. I started getting paranoid, trying not to fall asleep encase the banging was some type of evil creature getting in (I have phobias about that, and being in the dark, so my computer has neon lights in it) eventually I started falling asleep, I was in and out of it when I felt the blankets being pulled towards the wall, I looked and saw the cat near the door and FREAKED, I was trying to say **** off but I couldn't, then I tried moving the Grab the trolley poll under my pillow, But I couldn't move, This has happened to me b4, cept no one has been pulling the blankets, I taught myself to be able to move again by moving fingers, it takes a while and I was scared as, i tried screaming but couldn't, When I was able to move I flung up, There was nothing there, as usual, But my little sister down the other end of the house who is almost a year old started screaming! so loud! my mum woke up and I told her I wasn't going back to sleep, I shut my window and closed the curtain, I eventually did fall asleep, In the morning I opened my window and they fly screen had been broken! It was fine the night before.

Anyways I went to put on some socks today and there was this strange bruise thing on my ankle, Its an internal bruise hasn't reached the skin, Do I was thinking a vein burst, Till I noticed a pin hole in the middle, like a needle hole, And two nail marks either side. Now Im**** scared because of what happened last night, the hole in the fly screen and the machine noise. The markings resemble a cross between Asian markings, A Swastika or Letters, I Swear I was Abducted *hides*

If you look you can see the asian symbol looking thing, the needle hole and the two nail marks either side.

has anyone else experienced anything like this. When Krissy was telling me about it all one thing that struck a chord with me was the inability to move and the freezing cold. That has happened to me before. I felt like I was being dragged out of my bed and I couldn't move I was frozen.

Looks like a fungus problem with your grass. Possibly hallucinative fungus. Your paralysis is probably a condition called sleep paralysis, With it you remain fully awake but your body remains asleep and your mind has no control over it

Is it possible this circle is relative to your septic tank?

you probaly had a swimming pool for kids there for a couple of weeks,
one day u remove it, you see the 'mark' and decide to pull a prank on ATS.

not fungus... that I am definite on. The photos were taken last week and as i said it happened overnight about 6 or 8 weeks ago.

No septic tanks.......... no pool or anything been over there at all...no weedkiller or chemicals............

I had put two square kids tents up closer to the house before all this happened, the spot where they were of course, died out....It has now grown back in the tent spots but this area continues to stay the same. I cut the grass in the whole yard weekly as we get huge amounts of rain here, being the wet tropics......

this one round patch has eveyone that sees it stumped, me included.

One day no circle, next day circle and three months later same circle.

The sleep paralysis bit I have heard before but it doesn't answer the distance voices I hear talking.......or the marks on Krissy, there were definite like fingernail marks on her ankle.....

and Italiano....if I wanted to pull a prank, which is against my nature at the best of times, can you tell my why I would embarrass myself and make a fool of myself on a forum like this, geez if that was the case why don't I bring the main media in and really look the idiot. I mean after all I dont live far from Tully, the UFO capital of Australia....I might get famous even.... for a whole 15 minutes...wow...

The thread is not closed, if you have nothing to add of any worth dear, go play somewhere else other thn my thread, i was asking if anyone else had experienced anything like this. its no wonder people don't post what they feel or see or think here if they are going to get detracters like you attacking them. Sorta goes against what you say in your signature..

Weird, never heard of something like that happening. I believe you because you have nothing to gain from this; maybe the saucers magnetic field interupted the ground or something (I have no explaination for it).

That's very fookin weird Mayet. Don't know what to say about that one.

Now Imno gardner but like I said before it is a fungus. I looked around and found its probably fairy ring.

Fairy ring appears as a dark green band of turf that develops in a circle or semicircle in moist turf; mushrooms may or may not be present. Frequently, just behind the dark green band is an area of sparse, brown, dying grass caused by lack of water penetration. A second ring of thin dying grass may appear inside the circle. Weeds commonly invade infested areas. All grasses are susceptible to fairy ring, which is caused by several species of mushroom-forming fungi.

Yours doesnt look exactly like fairy ring but its pretty close. Now some questions
Where do you live?
What weather have you been having?
What is your grass type?
Have you dug up part of the effected area and seen what it looks like underneath?
How often do you water your lawn?

I don't believe that is fungus. I seriously think it was a kid pool sitting there for about a month. Hey, even if it was sitting there a week or two it would look like that. A circular object sat on the grass for a long period of time causing the grass to die. Simple as that. Now the marks in the pictures above... who knows.

Take a cell phone or compass out to the infected grass area. See if there is any EM interference.

A hole in marking on the skin has been reported by abductees. I've seen many pictures. Alot of the time the holes are concave, like \ / ... is that what you are seeing? I can't tell from the picture.

The pool theory is out. i have never had a pool in the backyard here.

It appeared overnight, it wasn't there beforehand and the only thing has grown since in that spot is a couple of weeds like sensitive weed. We have that here in the tropics and I know from experience nothing but ripping it out by hand gets rid of it, no weedkillers work on those weeds.

The grass is just starting to grow back in one spot of the circle in a kinda arrow in shape from the outside.

The whole lawn is usually very lush, that spot was covered like the rest of the backyard you see. As I also pointed out I had pitched two tents for the kids closer to the house and those areasdied out but have grown back completely normal within weeks.

Our rainfall is the highest in Australia, I have to mow the lawn weekly otherwise it just goes mad. I dont ever need to water the lawn as the rain dows it for me. Hence that area is odd just by the fact it should always be covered in grass that grows as your mowing it.

The phone, well I am considering trying something like that. Here at my house though I am in the middle of 5 translators. I am in the poorest mobile phone coverage range in town as I am right on the edge of those five and my phone constantly polls and switches translaters when i walk around the house with my cell. I only ever get one or two bars of service. Around the corner from my house, every time I drive past one spot the phone goes haywire and changes to another translator. it still makes me look because sometimes the interference is so strong coming over the car radio in that spot.

I have no geiger counters, no stuff like thatbut I will ask one of the radio technicians at work if they have some testing gear.

and the pipes and stuff go down the yard on the other side nearer the trees.

You can make a simple compass.

Update

The crop circle is still going strong. Still no activity in fact its dead in more spots than previously. The grass in it is different. Totally different and I have spoken to the people that lived here before and it wasn't there. I can feel calm when I am in the circle. Underneath the suface the dirt seems drier. If it rains its like that spot gets none. It rains daily now the wet has started and we had a lovely wet winter too. You can see by the grass around it.

This time I am going to show you shots taken yesterday. next to the circle closer to my house I had a tent pitched for the kids and teens to muck around in. I have mentioned this in another thread somewhere ages ago if you want to find it to work out how long the tent has been up. Put it this way, I saw my husband last in September and it was up then.

So now you can see where the tent was the grass died. I am going to keep posting updates so you can watch the grass grow where the tent was but the crop circles doesn't change....

I just call it a crop circle... it may not be as such. It could actually as previously mentioned turn out to be an aborginal Bora Ring...but its something different thats for sure and so far I havent got an answer on exactly what it is..

Your daughters in her own words reveal she is inclined to be readily startled. The event as she remebers it is based on heightened fear. A bad case of things that go bump in the night.

On the subject of the circle I would be more concerned. Without knowing the history of your property, that's a pretty clear defined circle. I would dig to see if there's something contaminating the soil. Or better have someone come out and take soil samples. If there is a chemical or other toxic agent killing the grass it could be harmful if it is of close proximity to the house.

Looks like a fungus, I had the samething in my backyard, go to Home Depot and they'll recommend something for it. And a swastika is an Asian symbol.

Nope its not fungus.. we went through that when i first posted the thread ..4 or 5 months ago..its still there.....

Based on the first two images you posted there is recess right where the circle appears. Follow the fence line and there is a defined slope against at both ends. I say there is some form of leak. Maybe a pipe is leaking and pooling in the area killing off the grass in a circular shape. In the second group of images, one type of grass really favors the area while the majority does not.

You may want to have a plummer check your pipes in that area before your crop circle turns into a sink hole.

If it is a waste pipe leak, like a septic tank, you will smell it and it starts to attract unwanted pest.

It is clearly a fungus despite what Mayet is saying. I wonder if he/she has actually tried to kill the fungus. There are only a few other possiblities I would imagine such as a chemical spill, hoaxing, but not anything done by an alien.

What happened to her daughter is very very similar to something I experienced a while back... with the "blanket pulling" incident also, a couple of times. I'll make a post someday about it all. (to put it briefly) I thought (still do, kind of) that it was a spirit harrasing me. But then I started noticing scratches on my body, sometimes there were scratch marks on the exact same parts of my body (both sides), of the same size/length. I still have a mark which I have had since last April on my arm that is much like the mark on her daughters arm, exept mine is more circular. It has faded very slowly over this whole time. In the first few months, it changed colors a lot, and it hurt. Now it is just a light red, and it is itchy if i scratch it.
