london bomber new york tshirt

can someone please tell me what the writing is on the bombers tshirt -, the one from last week - one of the ones who got away - theysay its new york and evey media source worldwide is stating new york, but the last word is not york its TOU - the first word is 3 letters the last one isW.
why cant anyone see this - its so obviouls - look at the pics of the 4 men it is not new york on the sweatshirt, so the police cant have found the jersey the man was wearing!
