That was a pretty good read. I had no idea the "fence" was intended to cover such a wide area, I was under the impression only isolated areas would be "fenced." (Don't call it a WALL!
) Lots of defending of the project in this document... and a lot of huge holes (no pun intended). Like, it says the fence will be taken down when terrorism ceases, but gives no definition to what the "end of terrorism" looks like. It also states this is not to define a border (a border will be defined by political negotiation at some point when the fighting ends) , but to me, putting up a fence is a pretty clear border.
