"Americans just don't trust Europe's political judgement. Appeasement is its second nature. Europeans have never met a leader -- Hitler, Mussolini,
Stalin, Qaddafi, Khomeini, Saddam Hussein -- they didn't think could be softened up by concessions."
In all this time Europe still hasn't learned a thing from Munich.
