It's not that old, but it has been discussed here in a few different threads.

Try an ATS search or a Google search, and see what you turn up. There's a few pages of comments on ATS regarding this, you just have to dig a little for them. (Not much, it's gotta be less than a week old)

Yeah Very scary article.

Especialy the part where the articel mentions that over 40 nuclear devices have been bought by Alqieda from the former USSR.
