For those in the US, this is a system whereby you park your car, and then walk to a machine to buy a ticket for however many hours you want to park. You then go back to your car and place the ticket inside the window where it can be seen.

Why would suicide bombers bother to buy a ticket for a car they were never going to return too?

That goes against every possible motive of terrorism. The whole idea of terrorism is to promote terror, to be remembered for it, and to be feared for it. They would not do this sort of thing as terrorists and especially not as suicide bombers, if they are dead then it dosent matter if they stand out, infact they want to stand out even more, because they cant be caught.

This is rather interesting but not surprising if proven to be factual. Even so, the masquerade will continue as usual.
