Humanity Progression

After recently going on holiday and with a little too much free time I started wondering, how is it that only one a while are there highly interlectual people in the world. If you think about there was Tesla, Einstein and Hawkings, who have managed to bring many new ways in to the world in the fields of science and technology. It is with this idea that I started thinking that mayby if life is somewhat controlled by some other idea, then maybe destiny throws out these people in order to allow us to continuing to progress to an unknown deadline.

This is probally just a dumb idea, but I would like your feedback :S

There is no such thing as a dumb idea. However some ideas turn out to be wrong others right. Exploring our thoughts, ideas, feelings etc. is what seperates us from the beasts of the field. Some higher primates "think" as do our pets; but in a different way than man.

to your question: Does destiny provide people for mans progress?

I hope not. I am very uncomfortable with the concept of predestination.

I"ll take chaos, randomness, and freedom everytime over being controlled by an outside force. I'm not an athiest. There might be a contridiction here.

I guess it's obvious I have "authority figure" issues
