US:Saboteurs hit Iraq's oil, water

Coalition officials are blaming saboteurs for attacks which left much of Baghdad flooded and without running water and a key oil pipeline in northern Iraq in flames. U.S. administrators say restoring the oil infrastructure is vital to jump-starting the economy.

I think sabotaging the pipeline and causing a flood is a great way to win the Iraqis heart of the American forces... NOT! These Saboteurs were undoubtly were hired to put Iraq in shambles, but why? Thier economy is suffering enough, why make it worse?
