Genocide in Zimbabwe

The following is a report from an individual in Zimbabwe who reports the following regarding the wanton destruction of homes being carried out by the Mugabe regime.

I reckon that these are the last days of TKM and ZPF. The darkest hour is always before dawn.
We are all terrified at what they are going to destroy next........I mean they are actually plowing down brick and mortar houses and one white family with twin boys of 10 had no chance of salvaging anything when 100 riot police came in with AK's and bulldozers and demolished their beautiful house - 5 bedrooms and pine ceilings - because it was "too close to the airport".. so we are feeling extremely insecure right now. You know - I am aware that this does not help you sleep at night, but if you do not know - how can you help?
Even if you put us in your own mental ring of light and send your guardian angels to be with us - that is a help - but I feel so cut off from you all knowing I cannot tell you what's going on here simply because you will feel uncomfortable. There is no ways we can leave so that is not an option. I just ask that you all pray for us in the way that you know how, and let me know that you are thinking of us and sending out positive vibes... that's all. You can't just be in denial and pretend its not going on. To be frank with you, its genocide in the making and if you do not believe me, read the Genocide Report by Amnesty International which says we are IN level seven (level 8 is after its happened and everyone is in denial). If you don't want me to tell you these things then it means you have not dealt with your own fear, but it does not help me to think you are turning your back on our situation.
We need you to get the news OUT that we are all in a fearfully dangerous situation here. Too many people turn their backs and say - oh well, that's what happens in Africa. This government has GONE MAD and you need to publicize our plight or how can we be rescued ? You can't just say "oh you attract your own reality". The petrol queues are a reality, the pall of smoke all around our city is a reality, the thousands of homeless people sleeping outside in 0 Celsius with no food water, shelter and bedding are a reality. Today a family approached me, brother of the gardener's wife with two small children. Their home was trashed and they will have to sleep outside. We already support 8 people and a child on this property and electricity is going up next month by 250% as is water. How can I take another family of 4 - and yet how can I turn them away to sleep out in the open?
I am not asking you for money, or a ticket out of here - I am asking you to FACE the fact that we are in deep and terrible danger and I want you to pass on our news and pictures and don't just press the delete button for God's sake. Help in the way that you know how. Face the reality of what is going on here and SEND OUT THE WORD. The more people that know about it, the more chance we have of United Nations coming to our aid.
Please stop ignoring and denying what's happening. Would you like to be protected from the truth and then if we are eliminated how would you feel? Surely you would say "if only we knew how bad it really was we could have helped in some way". I know we chose to stay here and so we "deserve" what's coming to us. For now we ourselves, have food, shelter, a little fuel and a bit of money for the next meal - but what is going to happen next? Will they start on our houses? All property is going to belong to the State now. I want to send out my Title Deeds to one of you because if they get a hold of those I can't fight for my rights.
We no longer have SW radio which told us everything that was happening because the government jammed it out of existence - we don't have any reporters, and no one is allowed to photograph. If we had reporters here they would have an absolute field day. Even the pro government Herald has written that people are shocked, stunned, bewildered and blown mindless by the wanton destruction of everyone's homes which are supposed to be "illegal but which a huge percentage of them actually do have licenses for. Please - have some compassion and HELP by sending out the articles and personal reports so that something can be DONE.

While Mugabe is a dispicable bastard and what he is doing is criminal,

it is not yet genocide. I am not aware of any actual murders taking place, So lets do try to keep it in the correct frame of reference:

Rwanda, Serbia: Complete and horrific genocide
Darfur: Combined genocide, rapes and expulsion from land
Zimbabwe: Destruction of property/homes based on political views.

Isn't it sad that Zimbabwe as terrible as it is, doesn't even rank high in the world of most horrible things governments and their militaries are doing to one another?

Honestly Iraq is worse than Zimbabwe.

All for WMDs that didn't exist.

He is intentionally leaving people homeless at the time of year when night time temperatures are in the 30's and 40's F (0-6 C), and it's rainy. People are dying as a result. He may not be putting bullets in their heads, but it is his intent to cause thier deaths, and it's working.

While true, that doesn't make what's going on in Zimbabwe acceptable.

What's even worse is that not many leaders care. The Commonwealth has expelled Zimbabwe, but that doesn't exactly do much.

No economic gain=No action by any country.

If America had never asked most European nations to give up their colonies during world war II and if the African nations had resisted the pull out and by asking their Euro parent countries to stay and not encouraged it, most of the problems Africans face today would not exist. Wars in Zaire (now Congo), CAR, Angola, mass starvation in Ethiopia, Sudan, and other conflicts in Zimbabwe, Sierra Leonne, and many others would either not exist or be on much smaller scale.

If America had never asked most European nations to give up their colonies during world war II and if the African nations had resisted the pull out and by asking their Euro parent countries to stay and not encouraged it, most of the problems Africans face today would not exist.

I disagree, plenty of problems were and suffering occurred because European nations occupied these places. Though I do believe pulling out should’ve been handled better. Draw the borders based on culture, and helped them get on there feet instead.

Sadly it seems genocide rarely does cause leaders to care. They may act like it or use it as an excuse but they never truly care. It’s never the reason for intervention.

Perhaps its time for other African to countries to strat taking out their own trash . Theres only so much the wes can do .

Colonists like Smith were the original problem in Zimbabwe! Mugabe was supposed to be the saviour, but became even more corrupt then Smith was in the 60's I believe.

Daily newspaper report indicate incredible miss-doings by Pres. Mutable and it seems almost unbelievable that the powers of nations does not intervene. I recently actually spoke to a women in person (age about 60) who called herself a refugee of Zimbabwe. She lost her husband + farm and fled. South Africa itself has vast "problems" with social upliftment and I question the so-called Zim aid they proclaim. I suppose if Zim had oil reserves, others would have stepped in a long time ago, but then again, the country itself perhaps would have been in a totally different state.News link

There is certainly worse to come for all Zimbabweans under that mad man mugabe! Mugabe is as arogant as any vile dictator can be, he says and does as he pleases and is certainly a lunatic and racist of the worst kind. Mugabe is from the Shona tribe in Zim, the other being the Matebele. It's those people along with the few remaining whites in Zimbabwe he will and has turned on and sooner than later all hell is going to break loose down there.

Mugabe's staunch pal and allie is mbeki of South Africa. Mbekie is a known communist as is his organisation the ANC, backed by Cosatu, the marxist communist trade unionist organisation of South Africa. If silent genocide is taking place anywhere, it's in South Africa against the white population.
I was born and lived most of my life in South Africa before immigrating out of a hell hole I forsaw approaching back in 1994. Here is what the mass media of the world fail to print in their papers and show on the world television screens regarding post apartheid South africa.

In eleven years (1994-2005) the communist alligned ANC have reduced a once first world country, in fact the only first world country in Africa, into the crime, murder and rape capitol of the world. More people are murdered on a daily basis in South Africa than are killed in Iraq today, and this is a country not at war? In the eleven year period of ANC rule, more than 250,000 people of all colors have been butaly murdered in South Africa and that figure is not a thumb sucking guess! Millions have lost their jobs bringing the unemployment figure up to 50% plus, higher even than during the American great depression which was 30%. Many of these losses are due to business closing down, people emmigrating and of course affirmative action. Blacks, many with not even a high school education are now holding positions they cannot ever hope to cope with. Massive corporations like Anglo American, the Oppenhiemer controlled gold mining conglomerate have moved their head offices and main assets off shore to London, as have done the South African Breweries and many others.....wonder why? Another million plus whites stand to lose their jobs in the comming months due to affirmative action.

More than two thousand (2000) white commercial farmers and their families have been savagely slaughtered in their own homes by A.K.47 toting black murderers who also kill black farm workers whom they feel are loyal to their employers. Mbeki is speeding up his land reform program and it will only be a matter of time before the same scenario seen in Zimbabwe errupts in S.A. It is estimated that by 2014, 30% of commercial farmland in south Africa will be owned by blacks. The problem is, what will they do with the land? Many thousands of land claims have already been processed and millions of hectares of land have so far been handed over to the blacks. There are virtually thousands of farms which were once prosperous when run by white farmers for many decades, once handed to blacks have in the space of 2-3 years under black management been reduced to derelict wasteland.

South Africa is undisputably the rape capitol of the world where many black males see rape as a sport, a means of easy sex or believe that raping a child will cure their aids with around 50,000 rapes per annum (reported). During the year 2000, 21,500 children were raped...40% of all rape survivors are under 18. In thirteen months, 1,231 children under 5 years old were rapedby blacks believing it would cure their aids. Many babies who are raped die, some of them taken to hospital with their innards hanging out of their vaginas. Once again, this is not thumb sucking!

South Africa is now an international drug smuggling route comparable to Columbia and South Africans themselves are the largest useres of mandrax in the world. Every year some 200 police officers are gunned down by violent criminals and the South African police has the highest suicide rate of any other police force anywhere on the planet. South African society boasts a crime rate seven times higher than the United States of America per capita. In fact, crime is so high that the government put a moratorium on the release of crime statistics and tries hard to keep them hidden.....but it's not working! The democratic Alliance, the ANC's opposition estimate there are 300,000 robberies per annum..... ask any member of the public if they think it is correct, they will laugh and tell you it's probably higher!
Prisons are filled to over capacity (in some cases 300%) and even though more prisons have been built, the are nowhere near enough to house the 180,000 plus inmates, mostly awaiting trial. Then we have people like mandela, who on his birthday, will release between 9,000-10,000 violent criminals, who murder again and end up waiting trial that in most cases do not end in conviction anyway.
The ANC are so reliant on black criminals that they have given them the vote from prison. In April 2004, the ANC finally attained it's goal of 66% of the vote and are now changing the constitution to suite themselves and no other political party can stop them. This is exactly what mugabe did before taking land as he saw fit for his rabble. This is the same road South africa will be taking. It will take longer to destroy South Africa under ANC rule because there are many more white people to get rid of and the infrastructure was that of a first world country and will take longer to destroy.....but destroy it they will! Where in Africa have black Africans taken a country and made it work, made it self sufficient and stable.......nowhere!
