Yes I know about the retrieval, but the password when I first signed up belonged to my 'old' comcast address..

We since moved and have charter. But I was able to finally use my hotmail address... I've had since i was 15.

Sorry I am unable to reset the password, I think an admin needs to do that. I see your request via the complaint forum and I’m willing to bet when someone that is able to do something sees it they will contact you.
