I just found out that I come from a long line of Psychic Gypsies and I am most likely psychic...freaky.

heh I dont think I'm that kind of psychic, and everything thats happened to me before all makes sense now. I've had two preminitions (one about the WTC about a year before it happened) and one that hopefully doesnt come true about Bush being shot in the oval office. I've also seen apparitions and feel presences around, its wierd, and it kindof is creepy and cool at the same time.

How is it you found out? Family conversations?

Well my mother knew about it and never told me, I brought something up about psychics and she mentioned that everybody on my mothers side has some form of psychic powers and that we come from a long line of real psychic gypsies

I guess I find it suprising because me, my mom, her mom, her mom's mom and (skip a generation to go to the next mom in line (from there I don't know)...they all had 'something'...but they all NEVER talked about it and even if I try to they all act like it's a terrible disease or sin or something. All woman had 1 daughter (first baby) and the rest boys. It was only us girls as far as I know. But they did all seem to look or watch for things and still, they never mentioned anything - just kept dragging us to church ect.
Hmmm...I wonder if it goes back to those witch hunting days?

I wouldn't shed a tear if Bush was shot. There's something wrong with a person if Bush is one of their favorite presidents.

I was always under the impression that most of the gypsy psychics were frauds. Im not trying to malign your ancestors, but wasnt that the idea behind gypsy fortune tellers- just trying to make some money using a little acting and tea leaves?

Well, I didnt want to be rude. I dont want a gypsy curse if it is really true. There are different gypsies out there from different parts of the world, so there is a possibilitiy of an ethnic bloodline, but the idea of the psychic gypsy blood was always part of the schtick they would use to give readings and get a little coin. You have "the sight" from your gypsy ancestors and all. That is exactly what came to mind.
