Not to long ago I seen a television commercial from Dawn dishwashing liquid. odds are you sen it too.
It started off with a oil covered duck being cleaned up by the product. The commercial states "if this duck could talk, he'd tell you that Dawn has
been saving wild life for more than 25 years."
Well, if the animals in Procter and Gamble's lab (the company that makes dawn) could talk, they would tell you that P&G have been killing and
torturing animals since the 1800's.
Every year thousands of animals die in P&G labs. Chemicals are forced into the eyes of animals and applied to their shaved and raw skin. These product
tests are entirely unnecessary. P&G refuses to stop animal testing despite the fact that these tests are not required by law, and the fact that more
reliable and humane alternatives exist.
The hypocrisy amazes me here. It is actually a disinfo tactic. Dawn advertises its donations of detergent to wildlife causes to cover the fact that
they are a part of the worst animal testing corporation in the world. By using these adds it fools good people into thinking they are buying a product
that helps animals.
