Shake-up with Supreme Court.

Does anyone find it kinda of funny that with the newly appointed Attorney General Alberto Gonzaloz and the timing of Sandra D. O'conners withdrawl from her seat is just a matter of odd timing, or has Bush manipulated her to stepdown so he could then nominate A. Gonzalez for her replacement? Afterall, he is looking for a puppet to get his legislation and other hot topics to go his way in the political arena. Input please.

I was thinking more of the timely retirement in comparison to the Plame scandal. An ultra right judge on the high court while Rove is about to be grilled when they get to the bottom of it?
