Do the Masons have a secret treasure hide somewhere? Some say there have the Ark of the Convent below a Scotish temple. Do they have a treasure like the one from the movie "National Treasure". Post your opinion on this issue.

No opinion to post...just facts. No. Masons have NO "secret treasure" hide [sic] somewhere. The only REAL Masonic secret is non-intrinsic. Non-Masons can never HAVE it, nor can they ever UNDERSTAND it.

...but sadly, they think they can.

Masonic secret "treasures" are the things of sensationalist books and movies....REAL Masonic treasures can only be found inside the tyled recesses of the Lodge.

Regards,

Well if they have a secret treasure buried somewhere, then it'd be a secret and we wouldn't know about it. So, therefore, unless someone knows the secret themselves then they cannot answer your question!

I agree totally...and with respect to the last post, he's correct. if we DID have a secret treasure, you are not a mason, so why would you need to know where it is let alone why would a mason tell you?

...but sadly, they think they can.

The Masonic Treasure is "The Royal Secret."
It's knowledge (or a lack thereof, you will understand when you have read the 32nd degree) pertains to the true nature of the divinity and how one can achieve "Greatness" in this world not through knowing, but by believing (in ANYTHING).

It would be incredibly ironic if Freemasons did have a secret treasure, considering that some masonic lodges are struggling to pay their electricity and phone bills.

IMO yes the Masonic Order has a treasure. However it is not a secret. It is
available and accessable to any and all who chose to seek it.

You are absolutely right. This is both THE masonic treasure and THE masonic secret. It's a secret because it cannot possibly be communicated to any person who has not experienced it. This is what creates the unique bond we share.

It is a treasure because it is worth more than anything in the world. There's a reason why so many incredible men have passed through our gate, and why so many of them have come in as average men, and left as great men and an example to all.

I Have Masterd Masonic Research And The Film National Treasure Is Partly True But To An Extent, The Freemasons Which Everybody Seems To Think They Used To Be Called "The Knights Templars" Just To Get That Out The Way "The Knights Templars" Were Actually The Freemasons Worst Enemys The Freemasons Are OutCasts Of The Templars And In Egypt Many We're Captured And Followed This False Religion Of "Freemasonry" By Beliving In The One Eye "The Pharaoh", But Wait, Not All Templars Turned Some Of The Higher Ranking Ones Did But Without Others Knowing So, So They Could Conquer The "Templars" Within...

There Is NO Treasure And If There Was/Is It Has Nothing To Do With Masonry As The Masons Wanted To See The Strongest Empires Of The World Defeat Eachother Until There Is None Left And So They Would Be In Power, Any Treasure That They May Have Had Would Have Been Used As Funding, Bribes Etc... As Back Then The Masons Did'nt Have The Power, Funding Or As Many Members As Today... To Date The Freemasons Have Acheived There First Step, WORLD WIDE FREEMASONS WITHIN THE GOVERNMENT It Is A Step Closer To Global Dominitation And Look How Long It Has Taken.

Futher More The So Called "Treasure" Involved People/Inventors That Help Stop The War And Seeked Peace... Therefore The Freemasons Would Not Be Involved In That As It Is Not There Goal/Objective At All...

Maybe There Was A Legend Made Up About Treasure To Keep Both The North And South Of America In Search Of It As Both Sides Leaders We're Greedy And Corrupt Just Like The Masons, Egyptians, Templars, Owl's, Skulls Etc.

ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL These As I Like To Call It " Ancient Gangs" Or Now "Organisitions", Clubs Etc. We're Made In The Race To Find This Treasure Except The Freemasons Which Had Other Things On There Mind, With The World In There Hands And Nobody To Stand In Their Way, They Would Have More Than The Tresure!

The secret is dealing with masons and non masons in a fair and pleasant way. In other words treat people as you would like to be treated.
